I grew purple top turnips for the first time in 2022 and I love them! Pickling them in the Mediterranean style with bay leaf and coriander and a bit of beet for a beautiful pink colour is a lot of fun. They are delicious on their own, or often used in shawarma or falafel plates and salads. Enjoy! 500ml
