Blackcurrant & Mint Jelly

Black currants remind me of home. My mom would hang out with a pot of berries, destemming them to her favourite show. (Which, in case you are wondering and feeling nostalgic was the classic soap "Another World.")

Ingredients: Blackcurrants, sugar, water, lemon, mint, pectin, butter, sea salt.
