Sauerkraut

A mild kraut made with early green field cabbage that is salted and lightly fermented 3-7 days and then preserved.  (This is not a fresh ferment product.)

Awesome for summer hot dog cook outs, topping perogies,  and freshening up winter slow cooker meals. 500ml
